Sem Espinhas Restaurant
Born by the sea as a beach shack in the seventies, Sem Espinhas Restaurant evolved with the times but has kept its’ original relaxed beach atmosphere.
The restaurant has grown in fame over the years, and three decades later, has expanded onto the beach at Manta Rota.
Both Sem Espinhas Restaurants are situated on the vast sandy beaches of the Eastern Algarve, between Cacela Velha and Monte Gordo. The regions’ natural beauty and a moderate climate combined with a long gastronomic tradition have given Sem Espinhas a reputation for excellent food and attentive service, which we are exceptionally proud of.
Typically Algarvian, its food includes a vast variety of Fresh Fish, live Sea Food and specialities like Bread and Cod Fish Stew with Prawns, Fish and Clam Stew, Razor-Shell Rice, and many other dishes particular to this region.
To complement these dishes, we offer an excellent wine list and many delicious desserts.
